Born at the foot of the magnificent Tsiknias (ancient name Gyraiai Petrai), at Agios Dimitrios, 17 km from the port of Tinos, we gaze at the deep blue of the Aegean and the neighboring island of Mykonos. We are waiting for you to live an unprecedented experience with only the images, sounds and aromas of Mother Nature, isolated from any kind of annoyance of the noisy everyday life.

The Eye of the Sunrise and Mimosa accommodations of the two-storey farmhouse are the vision of a small family business whose goal is not profit, but the provision of services and experiences, so that our guests can experience unique moments close to nature, away from the noisy everyday life. and feel part of the original Tinian tradition and hospitality.
Accomodations - Facilities
The accommodation is 100% solar powered and their inspirers share with you the vision of responsible use of home appliances, in an effort to reduce the environmental footprint we leave daily. They were created based on the typical traditional architecture of the island.
The eco – based identity of the farmhouse is completed with the sweetest presence of domestic animals (pigs, sheep, chickens), which spend the winter there freely and under daily care with an autonomous guaranteed supply of food and water. A process you can take on – the kids love it! – as long as you are there, as well as caring for the beautiful garden with fruit trees and seasonal vegetables, which we grow organically, just like Grandpa Joseph! From these fruits you also enjoy the homemade jam that you will find as a welcome gift from Mrs. Maria, who makes it for you with such passion.
Finally, the impeccable beach of Agios Dimitrios (300 meters from the accommodation) is waiting for you to cool you down in a peaceful atmosphere with its crystal clear and clear blue waters.

Useful information:
The basic supplies for the smooth installation and the beginning of your experience are provided by us. For everything else, our village, Steni, is 7 km from the accommodation. Important note: The road with the amazing view that leads to the area of Agios Dimitrios from Steni consists of 3.7 km of asphalt and 3.3 km of dirt road (provincial road, which is maintained annually by the technical services of the municipality). It is advisable to use a corresponding car (jeep, SUV) in order to make your movement more comfortable. Parking is free. Of course, for anything you need we remain at your disposal, to ensure you a pleasant, safe and unique experience on the unspoiled side of the “handmade” island of Tinos.
